Hello, maybe I can be of some service. You may want to look up “Mustang Mk. x”, with X being the number. Mk. IA were equal to the P-51, Mk.II were equal to the P-51A, Mk.III were the same as P-51B AND P-51C, and the Mk. IV were equal to the P-51D. I’ve got a box with some British Mustang color guides and a set of A/M decals with color codes, plus some info from an early mustang book. Let me know if you’d like those items scanned!
