Need help with antenna wiring on USS Gato

Hi there,

I’m just finishing up the Revell Germany 1/72 USS Gato. It’s a very nice model, but the rigging information for the antenna wiring leave a lot to the imagination. Did you read my post about a suggestion? There is a very good forum about “Fleet Boats” on the SubCommittee’s website. You may have to join, but, it will be worth it. You can also try to find a copy of The Floating Drydock’s “Plan Book - Gato and Balao Class Submarines”.

Hi, I’m midway through this kit, and its pretty nice. I would appreciate knowing what you find out.

I plan to use streched sprue for the antenna, as I have used it on big models before, m ost notably the 48th scale C-130, an its held up for at least 12 years to this point.

I may join that site as I’m now intrigued to possibly build the VIIc, as there is an interior available, and many etched sets.
