Need help with a Panzerjager I

Is it possible for a PanzerjagerI using during the French campaign in 1940 to have this sort of " rack with a railing" on rear ???
I thought it was only for vehicles sent to North Africa

The only refs have don’t show any on the France vehicles.

The photos I have of PzJg.I’s in France don’t show any racks. The vehicles in general are rather clean in terms of the usual amount of clutter we see in later years. Very little in the way of on-board stowage is seen, as this campaign didn’t stretch supply lines like the campaigns in Russia and North Africa.
