Need help on wheel/tire black

I see most of you figured out different shade on German tire/wheel black paint. How do you do that please help. Here is the picture of Stuka wheel/tire.

I use gunship grey and flat balk just mix till you get the color you want.

I use Floquil grimy black it’s a very dark grey.

I use Floquil Grimey Black for the tires & Engine Black for the wheels.

The important thing is to use a lighter shade of dark grey than you do for ‘normal’ tyres, because German tyres wree made of an artificial rubber which was paler than ‘normal’ rubber. I tend to use Humbrol H.67 for ‘normal’ tyres:
