Hello!
im having problems with finding the correct humbrol color (or combination) for the bottom of the ME110.
i know it’s 90% revell 49 light blue + 10% white, but im looking for the humbroll color.
please help me A.S.A.P.
thank you very much,
Ori
hmmm…sorry but i don’t do enamels i’m afraid[V]…
i’m guessing it’s a light blue right?
you’ll be wanting RLM65 which is basically tamiya xf-23, or polly scale f505051; these are botha acrylics and can both be thinned with tamiya thinner; the polly scale will also go with water if necessary.
hope this helps.[;)]
good luck.
regards,
nick
Hello, if nmayhew is correct and you are looking for rlm 65 then the correct color from humbrol is light blue #65

thank you very much for the help. i forgot to say im looking for the G2 version.
is the humbrol 65# needs to be mixed with another paint to get the right color?
If you’re building a Bf 110G-2, the underside color is most likely RLM 76 (especially if the topside camo colors are RLM 74 & 75). If the plane was serving on the Eastern Front (Russia - yellow theater bands & underside of wing tips), and the topside is RLM 70 & 71, then Rlm 65 would be used.
I don’t know the Humbrol # for RLM 76, though.
Hope this helps.
RLM 76 corresponds to humbrol #175 but i think this color is out of production! If you don’t have it already it’s going to be dificult to find it.
If you have acess to testors/modelmaster it will be #2086
hope this helps
by my chart humbrol 65 corresponds to RLM 65 without need for mixing
