I am going to order the Taymia 1/72 Bf-109 E3 (not trop) and am wondering what color schemes are avaible and the RLM colors used so I can order them at the same time.
Most, but not all, were in the standard RLM 70/71/65 scheme. Some were painted in a RLM 71/02/65 scheme. Some late survivors may have been repainted in the RLM 74/75/76 scheme. If you want to do a Battle of Britain aircraft, you’re pretty safe with the RLM 70/71/65 scheme, but you’ll also need RLM 02 for the interior.

Well, as rjkplasticmod said… these are the most common color schemes… but all depends in the markings that you model kit has…
I am also buying this kit. Can you comment on the quality of the Tamiya or give me some references to some reviews.?
I would really appreciate it.
Thanks
The Tamiya kit is excellent, much better & more accurate than the 1/72 Hasegawa kit. There are AM detail sets available if you want to juice it up a bit. Like most kits, the decals are only fair, so here AM decals would be helpful.
