Need building instructions for Monogram B-24J Kit #5601

Hello everyone. After a fifty-year break I have returned to building models airplanes ad repairing HO and O gauge trains. Things certainly do go in circles. I need a bit of help from the FSM community.

I bought a Monogram B-24J, Kit #5601 which I knew had some problems. I need the building instructions. Is there a web site where I can download them? Can anyone in the FSM Community e-mail them to me? (john2129@aol.com)

Thanks in advance,

Ancient Modeler

I can send them to you. It wIll be about a week and a half until I can do it though. Just PM me your address.

You can get the instructions at this link in a PDF format directly from Revell

Hope you will be sharing your build with us

I knew you guys would come through! Bronto, I will take you up on your offer and I’ll send you my mailing address. Vetteman42, the link you provided is for a B-25J, not a B-24J, BUT, this is a fantastic site and I downloaded instructions for a B-24D (B-24J is not listed) , which except for the nose, will probably do just fine. THANK YOU BOTH.

The B-24J I am building is quite specific. I;m going to start a new thread now and seek advice from the community,

That’s a link to the B-25J, rather than the B-24J… The J is out of production, but the B-24D is here, near the bottom of the page…

I know you need a B-24J, but the B-24D is the same kit pretty much, although the part number smay be different… The only real difference in the J vs the D kit is the fuselage halves… You’ll have to wing it assembling the nose turret…

I have the old “J” kit and instructions. My wife can copy them on Monday and I can have them in the mail that night or Tuesday. Let me know and send your address in a PM.
