Hello friends.
I have noticed this kit from Academy on Military Hobbies web store for $21.95.
It claims this is a 1/35 scale model.
Can this be true? I have heard good things from the Academy models, so can it be true that they are so cheap (in price that is).
Also, if anyone has or built this model before, please post your comments.

from what I have heard, the cheaper academy kits like this are not very good. But the more expensive ones are quite better. This is just what I have heard though.

the newer Tamiya Wirbelwind is a great kit, but the floor is wrong in the kit
Academy has been around for a while. Their early lineage is very quesionable. They took Tamiya kits and copied them directly, then sold them as their own work. All of these were copies (sometimes bad copies) of older Tamiya kits.

There may be a few more. Suffice it to say that they’re legitimate nowadays.
Some of their kits are gems, like their M3 Light Tank Series, with the original and A1 marks. I got mine for $25 USD, and it has a full interior, just talk to like the 5 others on the forum who have recently built one!
