I am a happy owner of the Paasche DA400 since 2008. The twin piston motor is powerful enough for 2 airbrushes and you will not need an airtank to get steady flow. I have no plan to change my compressor anytime soon.
If I were to get a compressor today, I will go with the TC-2000. Known manufacturer and excellent quality control record. For the mean time, Paasche has changed DA400 supplier twice since 2008. It is not necessarily bad, just an unknown factor.
