Anyone have any sources for the torches seen on walls in midieval halls and dungeons? I need to recreate or find some in 1/24 scale.
Get some small, undecorated christmas ornaments that have the brass filligree caps.
Remove same and the wire loop.
Find a bit of brass tube to fit the hole, and use that to make the “handle” part.
Torches were mostly used in movies; in real life chandles or oil lamps were much more practical and economical. Just not as eye catching.
