Is this the same type of boat as in the Airfix MTB kit? I mean hull and cabin or just hull?
That looks like John Lambert’s drawing of the Vosper Type II (the Airfix kit being the Type I).

As far as I know, (help PTBConsulting!) it is the same ship, but with a six (yep, 6!) pounder on the bow…what a ship!
Yes, those are John’s drawings and it is a Type II. His style is distinctive and easily recognized, but you can also tell by the L/S/# .

The Airfix Vosper MTB kit has the same hull and cabin but different armaments. It had 4 torpedo tubes, 40mm Bofors in the front and several LewisMGs in the back. Everything else looks the same.
