Navy command symbols?

Can anyone tell me where I can find (website) NAVY map symbols? Like the kind the army uses?

THanks

I’m not aware we had any…

Since the Navy uses charts, their symbols are rather different than the ones on that page. To my knowledge, the only ship “symbols” they are are blue ship shapes for “us,” red ship shapes for “them” and white ship shapes for everyone else. But that was a longggggggggggg time ago, so …

That explains why I couldn’t find any on line, lol.

Thanks

The US Navy and many western Navies use the Naval Tactical Display System (NTDS). It has standard symbols for air, surface, subsurface, and weapon targets.

You should try searching there.

Misko3d,what you need is disinagtion. This is what the Navy uses like ac for aircraft,dd for destoryers and so on…Now in the Navy they use a patch or medal to show what type of job you have or what part of service you are in like a pair of wings with a wrench and so on.The same with flags for each ship or use to be.You might find this under Navial ranks and ensegnias under your serchs.I know my spelling is not the best,Digger.

I found what I was looking for.
