Adam, a GB is where a bunch of modellers on the forum all get together and build models of a related subject. You post progress pics as you go along and everyone shares info and so on. If you lok here, you will see a number of on going GB’s and if you take a look at them that will give you a better idea.

Seasick, nice idea, we have had a couple of these in the past, the last one being 2012/13. But a couple of suggestions if you don’t mind.
It would help if you put in more detail, start and end dates for example. And second, in my own personal opinion, there are currently to many GB’s already, currently 30. You might want to wait until later in the year when hopefully it will be down to a more sensible number, 12 or so.
