Hey guys,
I have some Tamiya ABS cement, and I went to use it, but noticed it turned to goo, slime, snot. It’s thickened and no longer liquid. Someone said part of it evaporated away, I’m not sure why though. Any ideas ? Can it be fixed? Adding acetone ?

Unless you know for sure what the chemical composition is, it would be best just to buy another bottle of it. Too much risk of a dangerous chemical reaction that could be very slow and end in disaster if you try to fix it by adding things to it. Just put it in a place outdoors where people and animals can’t get to it and let the rest of the solvents evaporate before disposing of it.
