I would have put the pic, but not sure how to do it

Super nice! I’ve got an A-model and a D-model to build. Hope mine come out half as nice as yours.

very impressive. [:D] makes me want to start one of mine. [;)]

[Y] Nice work.Ron

Welcome SgtRam. Love your 251. Is it the Tamiya kit? If so, did you add AM tracks?

I don’t know how to load pictures from that site. From Photobucket you add the IMG coded one.

Hope to see more stuff soon.

Yes, how could I forget, the track are Hobby Boss.

thanks for all the good comments.

Any problems with the Hobby Boss tracks? About how much do they retail for?

The Hobby Boss tracks went together well, I had to build a jig out of styrene, and was happy with the results. I think I paid about $18 CDN for them.

Thank you Kevin. I will keep those in mind.

very nice pics…as for uploading photos to a website, use imageshack

You sure haven’t lost your touch! Very nice work.

[:D] Welcome.

Great looking model, the only comment I would make;; “I dont like to see loose Grenades rolling about”…cheers…Kenny

Nice looking 251, you done a nice Job on that.

Mike, i didn’t know there where any Ausf A kits out there, i am still waiting for Dragon and AFV to release theirs. What is the one you have.

Yep, Tamiya offers the both the Ausf A (30+ years old) and the Ausf D (1990’s-ish). Bothe are available from most any on-line hobby company (Spruebrothers, et al). Tamiya offers the just the right amount of complexity for my 61 year old eyesight and motor skills.

Actually it’s the Ausf C. Built that one many moons ago.

Welcome back Sgt. Ram [:D]
Nice work on the 251, please keep us posted on the Scout car aswell [;)]

As always

Ah! Learned something today. Thanks for the correction. I, too, built one back in the 70’s.

Hell Mike you had me going there. I been dieing to get hold of an Ausf A and was woundering how i could have missed it. yep, that very old Tamiya kit is an Ausf C.,

Sorry for the bother. I’m not as expert as I thought. Should check references before pontificating herein.

(slinking off in shame, now)

lol, o no need to be ashamed, none of us are experts in everything. I am just a big fan of the 251, one of my long term projects is to build one of every variant in every model, thats 63. So far i have i think 24, all Ausf C and D’s. And i have been waiting 2 years since Dragon announced it was going to release an Ausf A So when i saw Ausf A my eyes light up. O well, back to waiting for dragon to pull the fingure out.
