My own little AFV ID quiz

I’m just curious to see how many of you know this critter:

The spirit of this thing is to answer if you know, or at least guess. Don’t go runnin’ to the books or net! [:p]

Anyways:

If you know, send an e-mail to:
majestic_cheese@SPAMTRAPyahoo.com (take the spamtrap out before you send your mail)

Deadline: sometime soon, REAL SOON! [8D]

I khow what it is, but I can’t get the email to work on my computer.

It’s a tank with a big gun and an antenna on it!

Bill

Can’t get the e-mail to work either… Seeing this tank, I think I recognize an air of Samba… Could I be right, Larry, or do I need to look at other shores…

What happens when you guys try to e-mail? Remember to take the spamtrap out!

Whatever it is it is cool looking.

Sure ain’t a wingy thingy…He-he-he.

that is a tank with a BIG gun in a VERY cold location…

that’s not REALLY sand it is perafrost hehehe

Clue #1 - It’s not a Sherman

[:0] It’s not?!

Man, I got to clean these eyeglasses. [:D]

Seriously, it is (or was) a good tank had it made it to production. He-he-he. Personally, I like to know how the G__t 120mm Gun would perform against those of the M1, Chally 2 , Leo 2 and the rest of the new MBT’s. Ooops.

It’s bigger than a breadbox!

Ok, so lots of you guys can’t e-mail me. Just fire away and post your answers here then.

tis a brazilian Osorio!!!

You are right, Chris!

WRONG!

Oh wait, I mean “right.” [(-D]

What a beast … who would have thought brazil would have such a thing ?! And all I thought they had was pirana and cannibals !.. And of course hot women ![8D]

well, personally I wouldn’t call it much of a tank. it gets bought by lower-budget countries, because they can’t afford american or european tanks.

whats with all the shot traps on so many modern mbt’s didn’t anyone learn anything from the early panthers. i’ve been paying more attention to that lately when looking at tank pictures and so many of the new tanks have a turrets with angles that would deflect shots down into the hull

I’ve noticed that too, the leclerc and osorio mainly.

Trumpeter has a kit of this beast, and it is quite nice…
