That is one very tricked out Stug. I am officially inspired once again. This forum is dangerous. [tup][wow]
Looks really nice. I especially like all the stowage. Is that the Dragon kit?
Once again, another great build! I love the weathering and the blast damage!
thanks for the pics!
Nice! Love the battle-scars and the stowage looks great. A very good build. Thanks for sharing!
Looks great. What did you use for the zimmerite? Thank for sharing.
Matt
Hi guys, thank you…this kit is a Tamiya 1:35, and the stowage is a mix of some brands (Tamiya, Italeri, Revell, etc).
For Zimmerit I use a soldering Iron

a small spring like this,

and a small blade of Olfa knive

I put the spring in the iron tip and the blade enter of the rings of the spring, start the iron and let to warm, with carefully doing zimmerit markings on the kit with the blade.
I´m sorry my English isn´t very well, I hope you understand…
That must have quite time consuming, but well worth the effort. Thanks for sharing another fine piece of work.
Thank you Tigerman and you are right do it consuming a lot of time…
Cheers
I’ve seen zimmerite done with a Dremel tool among other things, but never a soldering iron. Very nice! [tup]
[:D]great work on the stug,the damage is great,well done[:D]
Thank you guys, the damage I done with the same soldering iron, but without the spring and the blade…
As always Fabio, excellent work. THe overall finish is very well done. Interesting technique for applying zimm.
Thank you Zokissima, some people already had alerted me on some problems as for example: jerrycans is incorrect, the axe lacks to paint and the skin of the figures is very shining… I´ll fixing these defects of course…
Well, some eyes is better than two…
Very nice work Fabio. It just goes to show how stunning some of the older Tamiya kits can be, when built by a capable talented like yourself. Thanks for sharing with us Fabio. Semper Fi, mike
That´s it…thank you very much Mike…
