My new "mature" work bench....

Old work bench…

New improved work area! The cheap blue carpet actually does wonders for "tiny chunks of flying styrene…[:)]

Sorry to hear about your Buckeye conversion - what an awful process that must have been, lol. I don’t think this year’s game is going to be any better than last year’s result. I have 2 kids living in Cleveland, so I do have some empathy - and the stadium is impressive in Columbus.

The new work bench looks great - I might try your solution of the blue carpet. I lose so many flying parts it’s not funny.

Did you keep the curtains ?

I like your paint racks. May I steal your idea?

Don’t know how long you can keep it organized… I can only manage about an hour.

That looks quite useful. I’m a little jealous. Very adult of you. [:)]

DESooner, I was young enough that the conversion was not as painful as you would think. Still follow the Sooners religiously! Bucks and Sooners are like 1 and 1a.(depending on who is having the better season!) How can you stand being surrounded by baby crap orange Longhorn fans. Everytime I hear Mack Brown on ESPN, I become physically ill.[+o(]

Another nice corner of the world

LT, the curtains are still there.lol! I guess they kind of match the carpet and the drapes! lol

Steal away with the paint racks…Nail gun and scrap wood.[:)]

I don’t know how “adult” it is. On the other side of the mancave is my video game area. I have an original Atari from HS! Getting an Xbox1 now that a new CoD is coming out.

Very cool! I still play video games too. I’m almost 50 [:P]

…A terribly immature, 53.

It’s not easy - but I am thankful for the constant daily reminders of why they are so disliked, just in case I ever forgot, lol. Cheers - great job on the work area.

I have that same compressor. Noisy little thing but no pulsing.

I had a nice little set up like that once…once, first kit I opened the room looked like a bomb went off. Back down to my 1sqft work area on a 6ft plastic folding table. Gave up long ago trying to manage a clean area, just ain’t in my modelling DNA, nice too see a good area to work though. Brings back memories.
