After about three months of building it is finally finished. Tamiya’s 1959 Morris Mini Cooper was an excellent build. Yet another testament of Tamiya’s attention to detail and quality. I wired the ignition system, ran brake lines, flocked the interior, and scratch built the entire exhaust system out of aluminum tubing. I can’t wait to start on my next kit!!
Being a car guy by heart, i can say that came out great!. Hope to see more from ya!
Once again, great job Jason, I hope mine turns out as well. Thanks for the first look at those pics, and glad I could help.

Lovely, Jason. One of my all-time favourite car. It looks stunning.
Thanks guys for the great feed back. I still have much to learn in this great hobby. If any of you all live in the Genesee county are of Michigan, this model is on display at the Hobbytown USA in Grand Blanc.

PS I can’t wait to see your finished Mini, Lee.

Hi Magnum that Mini looks great, just like the one i once owned ( it wasn’t a genuine cooper though) that damned car broke down almost every time i took it out. it even set on fire once !. i ended up selling it to a neighbor who i didn’t like. cheers for sharing…Greg
