Not much to look at, Knowing you like pictures on this forum. I’m probably half way through this thing, I only get a few day a week to work on them. Interior is done and started the paint on the turret. Hopefully will have the sma;;er parts on tomorrow, the start on the suspension.
Darn these parts are a lot smaller then I remember, did the manufacturer make them smaller,Or are my eyes going, and I think my fingers got bigger[:D]
Yes I like the kit = It would be a lot better if I had better eyes and nerves.
Yes it’s the Academy=well done kit, as for as much as I know.
Brush painting yes, I have a airbrush, but am more comfortable with the brush, I feel I can get any effect I want, I usually paint wet on wet at times, other times I will let a section dry then paint over and even wipe some off. what ever I feel looks good to me.
OK OK more pics and less words - I get the hint[:D]
Thanks Beav
you have a sharp eye. I didn’t catch it until you mentioned it.That’s the only one the others are OK. I think I can pop it off easy enough and correct that problem.Heck if not it might pop open and fall down and break someones foot[banghead]
Great M3! There sure are alot of rivets or bolts on that thing - a drybrushing nightmare or dream, depends on how you look at it. Paint has authentic depth to it.
UPDATE- It’s up on wheels, almost all the little stuff is on,and the paint (prepaint) is coming along as I go along.About it for today as I work tomorrow.
