…maybe the Country where this was produced outlawed the word “German” as well as the swastika?..either that or their marketing Dept had poor proofreaders…lol…
I’ll go on a limb and say a Stuart Honey. It appears on the 8th Army figures boxart. It’s been said that kits get released from some of the boxart. How about the US halftrack on the Tiger I Late box?
Yeah, but its a damned “Cyberhobby” release! That means expensive and hard to find if you don’t have the cash right now![sigh] I wish they’d just go with regular releases–save the “limited” stuff for those “Premium” editions with all the goodies–or are they already a limited run?
…VLS put ourt the 15cm gun years ago in resin…if the DML offering has as many parts as their 88, wow!!! Don’t get me wrong, the 88 is a gem af a kit, but the complexity of the build has turned many off from it as may do the same with the 15cm as well if it is designed in the same manner…
Now, now, let’s not have a tantrum[;)] The Pz IVb Grasshopper is a Green Box CH release, the same as the Panzer II. Which means they are marketed the same way as normal Dragon releases. Only the White Box CH kits are limited edition and overpriced.
Slightly off topic, I noticed going down that list is an M2 with a 37mm Gun in the back. Could that mean the tank destroying M3 with a 75mm in the back is not far off? I’d even splurge on one of their special Cyberhobby versions for a kit of that vehicle…
Being a Smart Kit, it should be somewhat simpler in assembly but you never can tell, the fact that both DML and Trumpeter are releasing it isn’t all that big of a surprise these days…they tend to go head-to-head much more frequently.
The “Grasshopper” as a green-box CH release makes sense given the odd-ball one-off nature of the vehicle, I wonder how much it will have in common with the “Super Kit” style of Pz IV chassis vs. the “Smart Kit” style…have to wait and see I guess.
