This is the first plastic model I’ve built in about 15 years and my first real attempt at realism. I looked around on the net for some specific step-by-step guides to weathering, washes, mud, rust, etc. but couldn’t find anything real specific. Just wanted to see what you guys thought as far as whats good and whats wrong. Don’t worry about hurting my feelings. I can handle the truth.
Thanks in advance,
Zappa1

Hi Zappa. The photos that you posted are residing on your computer’s C: drive, to which none of us can access, hence they appear to us as red X’s. To post pictures here, you need to have the photos uploaded to a public site that we all can see. I am assuming that you don’t have your own website, so probably the easiest thing to do is to setup an account with photobucket.com. You can set up an account for free, ans once you upload the photos, you can paste in the photobucket urls to the photos and we can all see your work.
As far as getting a lot of ideas regarding construction. painting, and weathering techniques, this is a good spot to be. Model builders of all different disciplines and levels of experience post here. Welcome to the forums.
