This is the first aircraft kit that I managed to complete. What do you think? Its a Fairey Swordfish Mk1.

In reply to all of your questions. Yes this is my first AIRCRAFT build, I normally build armor but dabble in all of the other areas.
This is the Tamiya kit with the optional clear parts, I am pondering building a clear version.
I will try photgraphing in natural light and post the new ones when I have them.
Dragonfly, right now I am working on a Revell F84E thunderjet.
And yes my handle is not very inventive but it fits, I am a model builder.

First, nice build on the swordfish (just finished one with my son), your paint is a little more acurate than his is.

second, my build pile is small compared to some of these guys, Im working on a 1/25 centurion MkIII, and a melinium falcon with interior for my mother in law.

First aircraft build and you start with a biplane !! That’s impressive. Looks like a very nice build. I don’t see the Polish bobsled team that they show on the side of the box though?

Man, a Stringbag on the first try. And a very fine one at that! Good job, now, go back to armor, you’re making a lot of the old timers look bad. lol

Chris, Your current build looks really nice.
Eagle334, as far as where is the crew in my kit, I didnt feel like including them. Might put them in the clear version if I build it.
Vance, in response to your post, YES this is my first aircraft build. I honed my skills on armor for several years before trying an aircraft.
Incidentally, if anyone is interested I posted some pics of some of my armor on the armor page.
