MY EYES.....MY EYES

This is the Roden Sd. Kfz 234/1 in 1/72nd scale. Supposed around Gadansk
around '43? Good kit, though I am not sure that I like the vinyesque black plastic.
Gets a little funky and easy to bend but not easy to clean up. Otherwise the kit went togther like a dream. Paints are MM enamels(the red brown was a custom mix of military brown and raw umber). The wash is just basic ink.
I would like to thank squadron for the review copy.

I’m always amazed with 1/72. The camo turned out very nice. Good job.

nice cammo
looks great

Thanks…too bad my finger got in the way on the front tire.

Wow… very good painting for a scale that small! Great job [:)]

Nice job!

[:D] great job,and nice paint job.[:D]

Very nicely done. Did you brush or AB the cammo?

I was going to, even got a finer needle for my AB, but in the end I was too unsure of my skill and control so I hand painted the camo. Had it been 1/35, it would have been AB

Thank you everyone.

Small scale is pretty cool. Some of the kits are as complicated as the 1/35th scale.
I keep thinking I want to paint these lil’ sukers like the 25mm gaming figures.

looks good, the camo looks great.

Nice model at small scale.
I would like to correct information about this armor car.It came from IV Panzer Division.Photo was taken really near Gdansk (Pomorze) but at winter( early spring) 1945. I will to built this model by paper-card in 1-25 scale.
