Here is my completed Tigers hope you all enjoy them and thanks to all who gave ideas. These two monsters were also some experimentals/first timers at damage, washes, and mud. Washes always scared me but now I wonder why I waited so long…thanks and hopfully …ENJOY!
Love it! Those figures are great. The only thing I would add is MORE MUD.
Seriously you got some good stuff there. Thanks for the pics.
Nice job thundergod, did you do your own zim? Looks great.
looks great.

Looks good,Thundergod. The camo is very well-done and the figures are great, too. I agree, they need more mud! He-he-he.
Very nice, Thundergod!
Your camo and figures look terrific…
Regards, Dan
Looks good. Keep up the great job…
looks good. i think your figures could use a shot of dull coat though. they look a little on the shiny side. I love the camo!!!
For a quick mud job, get your hose, water the soil a LOT, then set ur tank it it and get it dirty, then take a pic with it in it. I did this with an old model I had, looks great. be Careful not to damage the model though.
Thank you all I think I will get alittle more R rated with the dirtyness, and I did notice the figures in field grey were alittle to shiney, the commander however is wearing the submarine jacket so it is alittle on the shine side
I love the zimm… Is that aftermarket or home grown?
love the job you have done now tell us all how did you do the zimm.[;)]
Nice job, Thundergod [tup]
Great camo and pictures came out good too.
Nice
Great Job Thundergod… Like the figures and the Kitty’s[:p]
Very nice. Once again, your camo job is done very well.
I’d deepen the wash a little bit, and definitely go with a little more mud. ALLWAYS go with a little more mud [:D]
Good work TG!
Nice zim and camo.
The zim on King tiger is home grown and the zim on the tiger1 is cavalier resin zim which was alittle tricky to use but I loved it, both kits I started a year ago, Was waiting for the skills to improve especially zimmin. Lots of old kits Cars ,planes, and tamiyas pather A, were used as test subjects for zimm ,as beav said …
Thanks everyone! I like it when people say nice things about my medium level of expertise! Give the good old (well not really old) ego a boost!
Now that’s what I’m talking about! That Tiger II in particular looks like it came straight out of the Osprey Vanguard book. Nice stuff. Thanks for posting the pix.
TG,
great work!
love the figures & the camo.
thanks for posting.
DEFINETELY MORE MUD-unless they just came from the car wash—wonder if it would fit?
