My AMPS haul.

Not bad, some of it I won in the raffle. I bought 60 dollars worth of tickets and got a return investment of about 200 bucks, first time in my life I have been so lucky at a raffle.

Good job. The Eduard kit is $60 by itself.

Some very nice scores for the $. Congrats.

Regards, Rick

Thanks guys. The Eduard Hetzer was 69.95, but it was also 50% off so I could not pass that up. All in all a great show, the highlight was seeing an actual dragon wagon in the museum complete with trailer, it literally required step to get the top.

Looks like a pretty good haul considering! Plenty to add to the stash for sure. [B]

Nice haul, though wish I could have made it on Saturday. Nevetheless, lookin’ forward to seeing that Ontos built up.[:)]

Great haul! Man you even have the new Tasca 1/24 Panzer II in that stash. Lucky guy.

Oh boy, looks like you got a better deal at AMPS! Spent little more than $200 on everything I wanted at the show but didn’t buy any of the raffles because I couldn’t stay there til the end. Remember seeing three young boys hanging out with a deaf guy and his pretty wife as there weren’t many kids around? GRIN

Yes sir, I bought that from Scott Hards himself of HLJ. Very nice man, he even sold me on getting an ipad!

I wish I would have known you were going to be there, I would have definitely said hello!

Was your kid wearing a tan shirt with curly hair?

Lexes,

Me bad… I missed your question earlier. I had three boys with me at the show… the boy at left is my youngest son. Others are my nephews who are into modeling too but only planes. Doing my best to bring them into the Dark side. They loved the museum especially the Flak 38 (the 88).

Get the hell out. I kid you not, I was right there to the right coming out of the museum when you took this picture!!! I remember the kids, very polite! We need more kids to add to our dark side…keep up the good work lol.

Tony

Looks like a fantastic haul.

Only one thing; good luck with that SCUD kit; it is an absolute beast when built, and especially detailed, but the kit itself is one of the worst fitting, least detailed that I have ever built.

I heard that from 5 people lol. But they it was only 25bucks…and that’s probably why.

Oh man! I rthink I remember seeing you now… were you with another guy talking? I also remember a guy passing us with a large camera around his neck. Wish there was a way for Forum folks to meet each other… maybe a big sticker on the forehead printed with our profile names.

I only bought two kits this time… trying to control my stock. Tristar Panzer IV Ausf. D for only $25 (50% off) and Tristar Panzer I Ausf. A for $20 (50%off) from same vendor closest to the food court.

you sire are one very lucky person. Congratulations.

I was the other guy was a fairly large man. Too bad we couldn’t have had name tags or anything like that! I got my Eduard Hetzer from the same table you got your models kits from as well. That’s were I got my Wing Nut Wings Albatros DVa not half price though [:(]

Lovely haul dude!

I really want that 1/24 Tasca kit purely for the novelty factor (plus it looks awesome) and the Ontos everyone seems to have one og them now!

I bought one at a show a couple of weeks back & Redleg is building one now too-see his WIP.

Nice one!

lexesbenz,

Great return for your investment!

Raffle tickets at model contests always help build your stash of kits you may pass on buying. Guess you are set for a few months of building! [Y]
