Okay Marc I’ll post mine here. Saves cluttering up the board with everyone’s individual review.
You have some great builds [bow] and looks like you’ve had a very productive year.
Here is my humble collection from 2006 (in order of completion). All 1/72 except for the destroyers which are 1/700. I have been busy with house reno’s which has cut into my building time but I still managed to put a few together including some rather large birds. Here goes…
1/72 RG Me 262A
1/72 Airfix Sunderland
1/700 Tamiya British Destroyers Onslow and Offa
1/72 Revell Ar 234C with V1
1/72 DML JgpzIV L70
1/72 RG Ju 290 A5
1/72 Airfix Meteor MkIII
This is the first time I have done this and it is kind nice to see the product of a years work all in one place.
Alrighty, let’s see what I can dig up from what I did this year-
Airfix 1/72 Fw 190D-9
Academy 1/72 P-47
Airfix 1/72 Hs 129
Heller 1/72 Me 163 Komet
This may not seem like a whole lot, but there’s a whole slew of projects that I started but didn’t get a chance to finish. This includes my Bv 222, continued work on my 1/72 Spruce Goose, a scratchbuilt trolley for my Bv 222, my second attempt at a working contra-prop gearbox, and another small project that I won’t reveal until it’s finished. [;)]
But then again, I’m not trying to make any excuses, either! [:D]
Mike, nice to see that you do some small stuff too. [tup] I’m looking forward to seeing that Bv222! (and the goose but I imagine that will be awhile [:)])
wing_nut a build is a build lol yes I took a class on guitar building and this is the finished product. It takes longer to build a kit with a lot of extra details than a guitar. The guitar took about 36 hours to complete, I have a bf-109 that I know I have at least 80 hours into and that’s oob. The kit is 22 years old and it needs a lot of tlc. Merry Christmas to all.
