Where does one obtain 91% alcohol? I’ve not been able to find any locally.

I have never used it before so I was getting a test bottle for each. not sure if I am going to prime with it. I am thinking I will not due to the price per bottle. I have never had a problem with krylon primer. But I may try on a small kit to see how well it works.
