I only voted in the 1/35 armor category, and my choice was the US Army Cougar MRAP, since the Cromwell resin one is so hard to come by. As a second choice I guess I would say I would like to see a Dragon M1A1 SEP-quality M109A6 Paladin.
If there’s indeed a Tactical Truck God…1/35th Scale M1008/1009 and M880-series CUCVs !!! C’mon, tread-heads… Holler for some WHEELS!
Hans, I have to agree…and it should not be that hard. If AMT or one of those guys dig back to their late 80s molds of the Chevy Blazer or pickup, in 1/32, it could be eaisily changed in the the CUCV series…

Loud and slow as it was, and a PITA to get in and out of, the Goat was absolutely the most COMFORTABLE ride in any Army truck I ever drove in a convoy…

Not as glamorous as the ‘big guns’ being requested and since there’s no weapons or figures catagories to place my vote in, I’m hoping that some manufacturer out there will hear my plea for a current (1/35 or larger) M224 60mm mortar and crew. Either (US) Army or Marine (as shown) would be fine with me:

Oh yeah, thats a cool vehicle! Have you been to the Patton museum in Kentucky and stood next to it? It is HUGE! I guess it’ll be moved to Ft. Benning with the rest of the armor. Go see it in person if you can, its very impressive.

We need two new kits for sure…first, a newly molded M-3 Scout Car. Let’s face it there’s only one molding of it in existence and that’s the 40 year old Peerless Max kit that’s been continually re-boxed over the years. Let’s see some new moldings already, geez!
Oh and it would be great if we could get a newly molded Bren Carrier in 1/35. Tamiya’s mold is so old, and no other brand seemingly wants to make a new mold of a very recognizable vehicle that has tons of variants.

To my knowledge, nobody has ever done any early panzer III Ausf. A, B, C or D in plastic yet.
Also I still think a Panzer IV Ausf. A in plastic would be a shoe in!!!

Oh and this may not be classified as armor, but a ZPU-2 anti-aircraft gun or one of it’s other variants would be great to have in 1/35. So many vehicles around the world have this added on to the vehicle, plus it’s still seen in service today. Would love to see the anti-air gun avaiable because their’s a few neat variants of trucks and APC’s out there that have this…and as of now it’s next to impossible to build them without an accurate ZPU-2.
