More insanity on evilbay!! Will it ever end?

Swanny, Pedro looks good (if it’s your build, it’s gotta look good), but I’m not sure about the grey shadows from the figures?[%-)]

actually only the fancy drinks are over priced at starbucks if you just buy a regular cub of coffee the price is competitive

True, theBay does take it’s fair share of abuse. Not unlike the bidder that has found himself the subject of this thread. But I must say, with a little common sense, one can find a decent deal from time to time. Like this one…if the bidding doesn’t get retarded [D)] that is:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=008&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=180073834435&rd=1&rd=1

I agree. I have found tons of deals on ebay. That is why I do not understand the overbidding. I almost did not post this in fear of the bidder also belonging to this forum! I was afraid of insulting the person but I was curiuos to see if others had strong opinion as to the subject. Well were on page two of the thread so I guess others find it interesting enough to bother to reply.

Patience is what you need on e-bay. The last two weeks I’ve purchased two kits at good prices. The first was an Spojinia RWD-XIII. One day my $15 bid was not enough with a final price of over $40. The next one I saw my $15 bid was more than enough and I got the same kit for $12.50. Last Thursday I won the auction for a 1/48 Brewster Buffalo that came with resin Finnish conversion set. Final price: $14.40.

E-bay is a great thing if you bid to buy not to win. Bid a fair price, if its not enough just wait, there will be another.
