I think that it looks good. the only thing i would suggest is to have the lines of rust that are coming out of the vents on every vent instead of a random pattern. just my 2 cents though.
I’d be careful about rusting too much more though, it should be inconsistant. Some modelers tend to oveweather.
Otherwise it looks good; the only thing I would suggest is to try and fill in the openings under the waterline with black so they look more like openings. Perhaps a fine-tipped pen if you don’t want to try paint.
Thanks for the input. I never thought about the fine tip marker to fill in the vents and discharge vents under the hull. A sharpie fine tip would work great. I.ve used one of those to do the tires on small scale armor kits. Don’t know why I didn’t think of that at the time. As for the rust, its so subjective. I’ve seen running rust on a lot of ships with others only showing some overboard discharge pipes with heavy rust and other pipes with lighter rust. Thanks for all the input.
