Monogram 1/48 Kingfisher

Just wondering whether Monogram’s 1/48 scale OS2U-3 Kingfisher has the option of building it with either floats or wheel landing gear configurations.

If you are interested, the March issue (newest) of Tamiya Model Magazine has a build article on it. Its a UK magazine, but I’ve seen it at Barnes & Noble.

Yes, it comes with the option of fixed landing gear or floats

You can build it either way. It’s been OOP for a while & getting hard to find. It’s a fairly accurate kit, but comes with practically no interior. Cutting Edge makes some great resin detail sets for it, but they are expensive.
