The reply that you had pics from looks alot like the hh-60l in reset at in the 507ths hanger at Hood. Am I correct? I was one of the huey crew chiefs that just left a few months ago. Dave

No I havent been to hood since I was in 2-8 Cav in 88-90. Ive been crewin 60’s since 91. Im now at drum.

Does their Medevac still have hueys? I was told that the dustoff is the only ones at Drum that still have them. I crew Hueys! Dave

Sorry to hear about you crewin Hueys. Yeah they have Hueys but it looks like they may be setting up to repl them with 60s

I don’t know about Dave, but I feel sorry for you Crewing Black Hawks! When my buddy lost their UH-60’s for Hueys again he was estatic!

I would not change them for anything! Hawk are a major headache! We had an 80% OR rate compared to the Hawk unit that replaced us. They have a 20% OR rate.
