I’m looking for a list of models that have as their parts a detailed jet engine.
Don’t have a list, but the Trumpeter 1/32 Me262 has nicely detailed engines.

Tamiya 1/48 He162A & Trumpeter 1/48 Mig 15 come to mind. I’m Sure there are several others, but I’m not a Jet fan.
I know it’s not exactly what you’re looking for, but if you check sites like megahobby or others, you might be able to find a detailed aftermarket resin kit. Some of the resin/photoetch kits they have for 1/48th jets are just amazing.

Tamiya’s 1/32 F-16CJ includes a detailed engine and dolly.
Academy’s F-86 Sabre in 1/48 also has an engine included.
Revell 1/72 F-16A and Monogram B-52D each have a separate jet engine. The basics are there and could be super detailed. The 1/32 F-105D and F-105G by Trumpeter have very detailed J-75 engines that are kits unto themselves.

Hasegawa 1/32nd F-104C has a very nice J-79…

Trumpeter’s 1/32 MiG 21mf has a nicely reproduced powerplant, and the means to display it easily.
Academy’s 1/32 Hornets have engines, a little bare, but with a little detail added, they would look great!
The AM Tech’s Focke Wulf Ta 183 in 1/48 scale
