Modeling MOJO

Call it what you will…

“Mojo”, “In the Groove”, “In the Zone” For the past month, I’m there!

It’s been pretty cold here in Ohio and I do my airbrushing in the garage (yeah, yeah, I need to get a booth for indoors) so, instead of painting, I’ve been getting builds done. These have gone together flawlessly and I hope I keep this Mojo for awhile yet. In addition, I’m still working on my Academy Jackson for the group build.

Here they are…

Tamiya M60A1 W/Reactive Armor (Complete less painting & weathering):

Tamiya M2A2 (Complete less painting, supplies & weathering):

Tamiya Panzerkampfwagen IV Ausf H (complete less painting & weathering):

Tamiya M1025 Hummer Armament Carrier (Almost complete):

And for J-Hulk [;)]
Dragon E-100 Super Heavy Beasty (In progress):

Who else is in the “Zone” as of late?

[wow][wow] - you have been in the zone !

In the zone and busy ! They all look great !

You’ve been doing your own group build - except you’re doing a group of models

Line 'em all up and let the paint loose

Yeah baby, E-100 in da howse!!!

You’ve been a busy modeler, indeed!

Sharp lookin’ builds, Eric.

My “zones” generally last only a few hours, unfortunately…

Wow, that’s quite a few. That’s OWNING the zone.
Love to see some of those built up and finished, especially the m60

Looking great, hope it warms up soon so you can splatter some color on those beasties!

[:0] I’d say you’ve got quite an assembly line going on Eric!! You’re “zonen” that’s for sure! I’m on the other end right now, too tired to get much done. If I sit down too long I fall asleep and don’t want to land face first in a puddle of super glue. Last time I was stuck for a week before someone found me. [;)] [:p] [:D]

Keep up the good work bro. Looking forward to seeing the color shots!

Eric

So thats where all the zone went… Give it back!

Heh, the M-60 looks like it drove through the bathroom tile department of home depot… Gotta love reactive armour.

Man! Somebody’s been busy. After all that, I’d be zoned out! Can’t wait 'til warmer weather so we can see the completed products!

Been watching the weather reports closely here. They say a warmup should begin by Friday, I can hopefully get some painting done.

Maybe I can sell some Mojo on eBay? [;)]

Actually, I have only been working on them about an hour and a half per night (when I get home from work) Got a lot done this past weekend (mostly on the E-100) But, this is quite rare. I usually take quite a bit of time to get them done. Must be something in the air.

yeah my mojo has been real good latley but it has started to drop off a little and the mojo has been going to the turekeys the last few weekend. as the date for the opening day draws near the mojo will all be focused on turkey hunting, now only if march 20 will get here. yelp yelp yelp gooooooobble kboom.[:D][:D]

Nice work, Eric. I, like everyone else, am wishing I had the karma to get a bunch done. I have so many sitting around crying for me to finish right now, it’s just rediculous!

We’ll all try and send some warmer weather your way!

Pardon me but DAM_!!! You are on!!! Now comes the fun part… PAINTING all that iron…

No doubt… great job… I envy you to some bizzar extent…[:D] Incredible!!!

Keep us posted as you paint…

Mojo for sure. Alot of great looking plastic there. Glad you are looking at getting some warmer weather this week since we are supposed to be getting some of that white stuff here finally. Look forward to seeing them all colored and dirty.

I have alot of that MOJO too, so I know how you feel! You can see how I’ve been in the Zone as well in my Third Factory Tour. Since today is going to be raining, I’ll get alot more done today and have tons of MOJO to spare!

Time to go ‘Zonen’![^]

Looks great Eric, I haven’t been in the zone like that for years! Wow.

Ron

You’ve definitely been on a roll Eric … I consider it a great week if I get 6-8 hours on a model.

Keep the assembly line rolling !!!

Some nights, I consider myself lucky if I can get 10 to 15 minutes to work on a model. lol

Bill

looking good eric!!

well, I’m on a roll right now too. I did hasegawa’s m3 a week and half ago. did their daimler on the weekend along with an airfix 1/72 mig 15 (its for my project on jet engine too). finished my m10 last night and am halfway through my revell 1/72 fokker DVII. (its going to ba a while painting that camo on the bottom.) I’ll be gone this weekend though.

oh this is the scheme that is getting painted n the bottom of my DVII. man is that hard going in 1/72. I’m going bugeyed.

Chris, isn’t that the scheme for the top?

Eric!
you are the man.
census figures have shown that long cold winters lead to an increase in the population.
but they never said it was the ARMOR population !!!

great work!

Lets hope this has been pointed out before painting has started [;)][:p]
