Modeling in General

I’ve picked up modeling again with enough models to start a hobby store. My first model was a stick model of the “Spad” and I always thought “Plastic” was out of the question to be true modeling. I went on a chemistry class tour in 1954 to a Uniroyal plant that had just started making plastic models by the extrusion methods. I pose the question: Is there anything out there that gives one an idea how to go about rigging WW I planes. Books or video or is it just practice again? Thanks, rstokes@ma.rr.com

Depends on the kit. Some kits give good rigging instructions, others do not. And that is only where the rigging goes, not how to put it on. There are a couple of different methods and materials that different modelers use, and most instructions do not cover the how-to. I suspect asking this in the airplane forum might be a good idea.
