The U.S.S. Fleming DE32 was one of two destroyer escorts that my father served on in the Pacific in world war II(the other being the U.S.S. Tisdale DE31). The Fleming was credited with the first Japenese sub kill in 1945.The model was built on the old Revell U.S.S. Buckley hull. Everything topsides was scratchbuilt.Glad you liked it!
