Hey everybody-
So, there’s another model contest on Facebook, and I’ve entered the Black Swan.
Yes, it’s like the one I entered last year, wholly a popularity contest, with little (or nothing) to do with skill.
Anyway, I hoped I could call on a few of my fellow builders (anyone who has a Facebook page, anyway) to stop by this link and cast a vote for my Black Swan. Some of you will remember following my WIP build log of the Black Swan last year, and it was a huge period of growth for me in learning new skills for model-building…tying all those ratlines was a big step for me! It’s my favorite build so far, and one that represents so much learning.
Anyway, entries are no longer being accepted, but voting continues until the 30th of April (a week from tomorrow)…if you’d be kind enough to click the link below, and cast a vote, I would be SO appreciative! Everyone can vote once per day until voting ends.
I promise there’s no danger of spam, or catching a computer virus…like I said, it’s a popularity contest, and it helps create awareness (advertising) for Hobbytown USA…the prize is a $150 Hobbytown USA Gift Card, and a Name Plaque, to the entrant with the most votes…who knows, maybe with the help and support of my pals, I could take the prize!
