Hi modelers,
A friend gave me an old Hasegawa 1/48 P47D Thunderbolt that he had for many years. As I started the build, I noticed the engine was missing. Has anyone had this problem (missing parts)? Can I ask Hasegawa for a replacement part? If so, does anyone have a web address or e-mail.
I sure would like to finish this build.

It is sometimes possible to write to the manufacturer and get replacement parts. That is assuming they still have some for that particular kit. It might be easier to order an after market, resin R-2800 engine and use that.
