i allways love old russian aircraft and when revell reissued the 25 i just had to have one, ive read all the reviews and know all the drawbacks but i gonna put this on the tarmac. the km1m ejection seat by aires is a must , but is the neomega copkpit set is still around, squadron l.g. set is all so a must what more do i need. any more input is welcome, oh by the way its in my grubby hands now!!!

Eduard makes a couple PE sets. One for the exterior, one for the interior. If you cant find the Neomega cockpit, the Eduard interior will do the trick.
I have to agree in that I love Migs too. The more modern Russian Jets like the MIG25, SU27,SU35 etc. have been on my favorites list for a while. I think it is that they are in some ways simpler than our aircraft. They rely a bit less on fancy fly by wire systems, and are tougher in general due to the conditions they have to operate in. And yet, they are some of the most graceful planes out there. Even our F22 and JFS can’t do some of the things they can. I only have a couple of MIGs and an SU35 in my stash, But I hope to expand that collection someday soon.

You could represent a before and after, and the after would save you paint. This air craft was a pure interceptor, not a fighter. Anything over 5 G’s wasn’t appreciated. The airframe wasn’t ‘assembled’, it was brute welded: monocoque chassis.
Best of Soviet thinking. Gosh, so environmentally unfriendly. Mach 3, Oh, the horror, the horror…I think its radar killed more Russians than we did.

yes hammer i did… thanks stikpusher i will look em up …sparrow i agree in all there iron rivet glory… bockcar … your right it out ran an isrely F4 just tryng to get up to take a look…now to the cons …upon mt first inspection i found that the AA-6 ACRID missel part #29 was not fully formed ejection pin marks all over the inside of the gear doors, the a,b, cans … the cockpit is non existing ( defently need an a.m set ) the I.P. is as flat as my ex. although it has a decal, the aft, fuselage has a seam that will be a nightmare and flash like a camera. there are no locator pins on the main L.G. and only one on the nose gear … minimal markings for an indian or soviet bird ! yepper this will take alot to bring it up to standerds …all in all i WILL put this aircraft on my tarmac next to that horror of a mig 15
