MiG-19 Help

Well, i can’t get him to stop smoking, but I have brought my dad back from the not so dark side. For several years now, he has been modelling trains[:0] in HO scale. All i had to do was wiggle a Czech Model MiG-19 under his nose. He is determined to paint the air frame in North Vietnamese Air Force livery. Only thing is, he can’t find any of the national insignia that look to be the right size. Does any one know of a source for these markings. And does anyone have anything to say about the kit, good or bad?
