I want to order a set of Microscale decals for my 1/72 Mustang and want to ask if there any good?

I wanted the Donald Duck decals for cpt Donald Emerson,but looking closer at the decal sheet I think the art work on Donald duck doesn’t look very good.

At 1/72 scale, will you even notice?

Microscale is a good quality decal brand. I’ve been using their products for decades.

In 1/72 scale I would agree that it wouldn’t be too noticeable but when you compare them to the 1/72 Eduard decals Eduard’s are miles better.
Just a pity you can’t get the Eduard decals on their own.

Are you sure thats what the decals look like? Seems like its just a lower resolution scan. I found this and it seems pretty good. https://www.ebay.com/itm/306282889574
That would be my guess to prevent pirating by folks online.
I would not hesitate to use Microscale decals. They have always been top quality when I’ve used them. They make so much for even smaller scales (1/87, etc) that they need to be sharp and clear.
Just checked their website and I think that the low-res scan is probably the issue you are seeing. I checked the 1/48 version of the same sheet, it’s clearer but still not great and if they put out that quality, they would have been out of business many years ago.
Its obviously low res jpg. Look on ebay, like the link above. Its much clearer, and probably even more clear in person.
