Cool looking warrior!

My only critique would be the pristine grassy base. Being some sort of post apocalyptic knight I would think a base featuring wrecked metal and gears would better set the scene and mood. Old watches and clocks are a great source for scale gears.

[I] Spray them silver and wash with acrylic clear ‘smoke’ & a bit of black. Once dry add rust with weathering powders.[2cnts]

Hello Red Comet, Oh yea, like what you did with this MFS. Another not afraid to go outside the box and add his own personal touches to create a master piece. I like. And another Gundam posted as well. Thanks for sharing. [H]

Thanks for the comments guys!

I was stuck on what to put on the base so I just went with a grassy setting for now. I really wanted to have a chopped up GM on the ground, but I don’t have one on hand to do it and it needed to be finished now as it has to go into a competition next week.

nice!

one of our guys uses a PG Zaku and added chain mail armor skirt from a cut up butcher glove.

Any photos [:O]. I would like to see the results of that mod. These Zaku seem to lend themselves to the process of modeling as a Knight because of the way they look. I see one of these in my future.

Do let us know the results of the competition, photos would be just peachy[snYea]. Do you have another Gundam in your future build? I really have enjoyed your work on this figure.

Very cool. look like it be belows in Warhammer 40K Chaos army under nurgle. Very cool.

Wonderful…!

I have looked at this many times now and the more I look, the more I like the thought about the Steam Punk look. The only thing I would change is the copper chains, need to be a rusted iron color, they come across as, please forgive me, cheesy. Just a ole man’s [2cnts] worth. I do very much look forward to your next project and I do hope it is soon. I also think after looking @ your photo album, you are a talented photographer as well as a builder. [Y]

I think they copper chains do look a bit rusted. Not the old battleship at the bottom of the ocean rusted but a tarnished look. Looks vile and corrupted, stil think it would look cool in a 40K army.

Sweet in a wicked looking way
