Does anyone know if Friulmodel makes T-48 tracks with Duckbills? or if there is any way to modify them so i can attach plastic duckbills?
I don’t believe so. I do think they make regular T-48 tracks but no extended end connectors. Why not grab a set of Cyberhobby DS Vinyl T-48 w/end connectors. They’d be a whole lot less work and honestly more applicable for a live track vehicle like the Sherman. Friuls are great for a dead track like the Panther, Tiger, T-series Russian tanks and so forth because of the inherent sag but the Sherman family track should be quite tight since it had tension built into the track. Getting Friuls that tight is possible but soft vinyl would be a lot easier. I am normally a friul junky but not in this case. Just my two cents… take it as that. 
^^ Agreed. The entire benefit of Fruils is their weightiness. This is actually a negative when it comes to Sherman tracks which were designed to remain very taut i.e. no sag.
I took that into concideration, but just figured id ask. Ive tried the DS sherman tracks before, i can never get them to look right. No matter how far back I position the Idler they always get “bulgy” around the sprockets/ idler. Any tips?
Sorry I took so long to get back to you on this. Yeah, from my understanding Dragons DS vinyl tracks are designed with an extra link or two in them which makes them very loose out of the box. My suggestion is remove ONE link from the end and then check the fit again. If it needs another link removed then do so and then glue the ends together. A number of articles I have read mention two links being removed but still safer to do them one at a time. That should cure your floating track. Personally I am glad that they make the tracks a bit long but they really ought to mention this fact in the instructions.

Panda Plastics makes T48 tracks, and sells duckbills seperately. They are indy links and tedious but look good when completed.

I haven’t seen the Bronco tracks yet but, I hear they are quite nice. Modelkasten makes some exquisite Sherman tracks. Having built the Sherman tracks by MK, you may need to self medicate before, during and, certainly afterwards. The ones I built were nine parts per link. Multiply that by 87. Multiply that by two. I would recommend building them in short runs. Otherwise you’ll be [:(((] and/or [bnghead]. Good luck with whatever option you choose.
