metal 1/16 Wittman Tiger ..... a little late night snooping.

It SAYS all metal…[?]

The box art is inviting but … I really wonder what level of detail it has.

[8] For about $350.00…and you can take the engine out to display separately.

“so many tanks… [banghead] so little money”

Steve

Looks real nice. wasn’t M Wittman’s tiger marked 007, not 222?

Here is a link with more info

http://www.tankzone.co.uk/cart/fov16.htm

Looks really nice.

222 was the one he “borrowed” from Kurt Sova in the battle of Villiers Bocage.

Isn’t that always the beginning Steve. First is the money, but as we can affort more tanks, we realized that we run out of space. [(-D]

Ben

[:D] Thanks for the link!

[banghead] [banghead] So true.

Can I assume everyone here is familiar with the British firm, ArmorTek?

http://www.armortek.co.uk/index.html

Their stuff is gorgeous! All metal, all R/C, all the time! But really REALLY expensive.

But the website’s fun to look at.

Anyone remeber the name of the company that was at the IPMS Nationals in Atlanta that was showing off thier line of 1/16 scale (or bigger) r/c metal vehicles. i.e. Panzer IV, FAMO and Sherman? These were really nicely done and were aluminum hulls and road gear.

[:O][tup] Most definitely!

$350 is out of my price range, but their prices are [D)] beyond my universe.

Steve

$350 dollars can buy aLOOOOOOOOOOOOT of plastic![(-D]
