Me 109 K4 Hasegawa 1/32

The Fw 190 is stopped. Simulate rivets is not easy. I must practice more, much more.

I started the Me 109 K4 da Hasegawa on 1/32 scale.

I made some cables.

I painted with RLM 66 (XF-24+XF-8). Lights and shadows.

Looks like a good start on the Pit. Keep us posted.

I [ht] the scratch built details!

The after market is highly overrated and priced. Why spend more on a few detail bits that you can build yourself, most guys here pay twice as much for the AM sets than the original kit!

That looks pretty good. Those are some nasty pin-marks on the inside.

When the interior is completed the pin marks do not see

Looking nice. The Late G’s and K’s are my fave versions of this wonderful plane

Help.

I’ve seen in some forums that the doors of the rear landing gear K4 do not open. I’ve seen pictures with the train doors open.
Which one is correct?
I have these two images.

Thanks

Fuselage ready and the interiors will be glued .

Looking better all the time. Nice work.

AJ, looking good there.

The rear wheel doors on Ks were wired shut and the gear locked down generally.

They were only opened for maintenance.

Looks good so far.

While I wait that the decals sheet comes to decide the version I went ahead to do the painting of some parts.

Looks good. This is going to be impressive.

Already got the sheet of decals from Eagle Strike

with Eduard mask painting.

The model with the number 186.

Lower surfaces painted with RLM 76 XF-23(6)+XF-2(4)

Looks amazing so far. Nice job on the pre-shading. [:D[

Not that make a difference but it is not pre-shading but post-shading.
