McFarlane Toys has made the Spawn figures for years, but I just discovered their “Military Figures” line on the website. Thought you guys/gals might be interested:

They look fantastic. Thanks for the heads up.

Typical McFarlane-look great and I’ll bet they are reasonably priced.

Love the way they did our digital cammies on the Marine Recon figure.
At 6-7 inches in height, what does that scale out to

Are these on the shelves yet?
I ordered a case of these through a distibuter I work for but have not heard a word of when I m getting them.Useally they hit the stores first before I get my orders so just wondering if I may be getting them soon.
I finally received my case of these figs. They look great!Still, I think I’ll cut the barrels off my figs weapons and replace them with brass tube to make them look even more spiffier.
I also noticed my Marine Recon fig had a differint head on it than the one pictured on the package. The one I got was a caucasion and with a boony hat while the one pictured was a African American with a standerd helmet.
The Marine Recon Sniper fig seems to be a chase fig since only one of him came in the case.
Mcfarlane’s people did good work on these figs.Almost makes me forgive him for giving his comics career the shaft.
The pictures referenced in the original post show serious mold lines across both hands in several pictures. Major gaffe! That said, the effect on the clear goggles is outstanding.
The “mold line” is an articluation point, remember these are “action figures”, although for the most part they are limited articulation and more like mini statues. great sculpting. I believe the scale is roughly 1/12, although this could vary a little. I don’t believe there are any “chase” figures in the military line based on what I have heard. There are several nationalities of each figure and the Marine Recon could come with either helmet or boony hat. The pictures you see on the link in the first post are “2-ups” which are the 12-inch original sculpts, so the features and painting are better than on the figures. I have not seen the actual figures yet, but I am sure they are great toys based on McFarlanes other figures.
I have a number of McFarlane’s Dale Earnhardt figures and a Nolan Ryan figure and the detail on all of them is superb!!!
To give you an idea of how detailed and intricate they can be. One of the Earnhardt figures had something on the reflective lens’ of his sunglasses. I tried to tell what it was and finally had to resort to the trusty magnifying glass. It’s the reflection of one of his cars!!! As if he is looking at it!!!
I dont know if the Sniper is a chase fig or not but Mcfarlane figs are known to have chase figs in his sets.I bought a whole case wich consists of two of each fig except the Sniper of wich there was only one and one of the other figs had three figs.
I just saw in the new Previews(Comic Distirbution company)catalog some repaints of the same figs coming out in another few months or so.Man! These guys are really after our money big time.[(-D]
