MB CLK DTM D2 Composite Fiber Template

I bought my CF sheets and then noticed that SMS has a template set available for my DTM, however it comes with two more sheets of CF, which I don’t need.

Does anyone have the template and could scan it for me? or a source on the net to find it? I checked these forums with no luck.
