Maybe an interesting site for the super-detailers

Hey gang,

In looking for more details to add to my visible Me-262, I came across this place https://www.aviationshoppe.com/catalog/default.php. They have huge blueprints for some of our favorite WWII aircraft (didn’t check for modern, so I don’t know). Considering the size and detail, the $18 pricetag ain’t too shabby. I wish they had one for the B-17, though.

Anyway, I thought maybe some of you guys might be into this kind of stuff, so there you go.

www.primeportal.net is awesome as well, with tons of walk around photos. it’s free!!!

They have pretty much everything, aircraft/armor/space etc.

You may try this book also, its only fighters though

But there are a few other books like it that include bombers and non-wwII stuff, just search on aircraft anatomy in the book section. I metion the one above just because I own a copy and can recommend it. It’s smaller than a blueprint, but for the money, you get dozens of planes.

I found this website before when I was looking for pictures of a spitfire. I clicked on one of the pictures and it took me to the site. I like how it lets you listen to the way the engines sounded.[8D]

Awesome site. Thanks for posting. Just saved to favourites.

Really cool.

I’d like to have a blueprint of a P-51 or FW-190 on the wall.
