Maus Question

I’m considering ordering a 1/72 Maus from a company called Pegasus.
I’m thoroughly unfamiliar with this company.Do they produce a quality product?

Thanks

they are ment to be a good kit, if you do a search on here J Hulk and Larry Dunn were talking about the Dragon and the Pegasus Maus

I’ve got both the Pegasus and the Dragon kit, neither built yet. Both are very nice, but the Pegasus kit seems to be the better of the two as they lie in the box. Nice detail, particularly the armored surfaces, and I think the shapes are more accurate. The Dragon kit is a bit cheaper though (in Japan, anyway).

The Dragon E-100 was real fun to build, and if the Maus is similar, you should really enjoy it. But it is widely said that the Pegasus is the more accurate. Depends on what you want out of the build.

I have a Maus from Pegasus and I didnt have any problems with building it at all. I like Pegasus I thinks its a pretty good company.

The Peg maus is a great little kit. THe suspension is a bit of a pain, but just a little attention and care and it goes together well. Remember there are 48 road wheels to paint… LOL ALso, the pegasus tracks will not accept enamal paint. Use a good product like tamiya or polly scale acrilics. I will post a picture tommorrow of my finished build, but yet unweathered maus.
